Which Data Will Be Deleted?

IPTV Ai Player does not use a registration system — there is no traditional "account". However, the following data will be deleted on request:

Firebase cloud backup data — playlist lists and settings synced between devices
Anonymous analytics data — usage events collected by Firebase Analytics (playlist_added, first_playback, etc.)
Crash logs — application error reports
Firebase Installation ID — anonymous identifier assigned to your device

Note: IPTV Ai Player does not collect personal information (name, email, phone). Only anonymous technical data is stored.

Deletion Options

1. In-App (Fast Method)

You can also delete your data from within the app:

Open the app → Settings screen
Tap the "Delete Cloud Backup" button
Uninstall the app → local data (playlists, settings) is automatically removed

2. Via This Form (Web Method)

Fill in the form below and all your Firebase data will be manually deleted:

⚠️ Warning: Deletion is irreversible. Recovery is not possible after a confirmed request.

If you prefer not to use the form, you can email yunusemrebalalan@gmail.com directly. Please include:

Your email address (for identity matching)
Your device model (if available)
Subject line: "Data deletion request"

Process and Response Time

Requests are processed within 7 business days
You will be notified by email once complete
Deleted data cannot be recovered
Some logs may be retained for 30 days due to legal obligations (GDPR Article 17)
