My playlist (M3U/Xtream) won't load. What should I do?
First verify your provider URL / username / password. Most providers license per device; your account may be active on another device. Log out from the other device and try again. Also check your internet connection and Wi-Fi/4G changes. If the issue persists, contact your provider — the app does not supply content, it only plays the source you provide.
Channels open but the video doesn't play / black screen.
This is usually a codec or provider-side issue. Try disabling "Hardware acceleration" in Settings. For AC3/EAC3 audio issues, switch audio output mode in settings. If it still doesn't work, check the same channel in another player (e.g. VLC) — if that fails too, the issue is with your provider.
AI Subtitles (auto subtitles) are not working.
AI Subtitles require a
Groq API key. Go to Settings → AI Subtitles → enter your key. Get a free key at
console.groq.com. AI Subtitles won't work without internet. The audio data sent is not stored — only used for transcription.
How do I delete my account and data?
Uninstalling the app removes local data. To delete cloud (Firebase) data, use the
Data Deletion page. In-app: Settings → "Delete Cloud Backup" button.
Is the app paid? Is there a subscription?
No, IPTV Ai Player is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. No content is provided either — you add your own IPTV source (M3U/Xtream/Stalker).
The app crashes / won't open / freezes.
First, close and reopen the app. If it doesn't help: update the app (App Store / Play Store), reboot the device, then uninstall and reinstall if needed. If cloud backup is enabled, your playlists won't be lost. If the problem continues, contact us via the form below with your device model and OS version.
How do I get Pro and activate it on a Smart TV (Samsung/LG)?
Choose a plan and pay at
iptvaiplayer.com.tr/pro.php from your phone or computer; a license key is sent to your email. On the TV, open
Settings → Activate License; a 6-digit code and a QR code appear. Scan the QR with your phone (or open
pro-pair.php), enter the 6-digit code and your license. The TV switches to Pro within a few seconds — no long typing with the remote needed.
I paid but Pro did not activate on the TV.
First check your email (including spam) for the license key. If the pairing code expired, refresh the TV screen to get a new code. Make sure you entered the license correctly. If the problem persists, email
destek@iptvaiplayer.com.tr with your purchase email.
How do the TV remote buttons work? (Back and color buttons)
On the Smart TV version, the Back button does not exit the app; it returns to the previous screen. The color buttons are shortcuts during playback: RED = Favorite, GREEN = AI Subtitle, YELLOW = Playback speed, BLUE = Guide. On the LG Magic Remote you can also navigate with the arrow keys.
